A refurbishment and extension project of an existing grade C listed Georgian building, which was the original manse for the town of Aberfeldy. Its period detailing was replicated with close attention to detail, including panelling to the main hallway. The kitchen was extended to the rear to form a breakfast room, removing and clearing out the former butler’s pantry, which became an internal understairs toilet and shower room.

The refurbished house was featured in The Times and The Courier as part of its sale in 2021. The work was completed by the owner, together with Guthrie & Robertson Scotland Ltd. Everything was re-built including all internal linings and partitions, bathrooms and bedrooms. We also added the kitchen, sun room, media room and secret bedroom hidden behind panelling at first floor level.
