BALMORAL PHASE 2

Located in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, Phase 2 of the Balmoral project includes a new rear extension to the existing property in the east of the town.

The extension will improve the kitchen layout and the connection with the garden, while the addition of a large roof window will increase the amount of daylight. Materially, the new building will be treated with charred / black-stained cladding, a corrugated metal roof and thermopine decking area.

In respecting the local vernacular, these elements complement the verticality of nearby industrial buildings, whilst also blending with the roughcast render and tiled roof of the existing house.
